Light-weight, low-pressure custom-built hoses for the Railways
Hoses used for Air-conditioning, Heating, Ventilation, Radiator Coolant, Brake Cooling, Roof drainage, and Engine applications
Extremely low smoke emission/smoke toxicity.
Temperature range:- 50 to +250 degrees Celsius (depending on material and construction)

At Shore Auto, we have three options depending on your requirements:

Economical version:
This hose has been tested and approved for “HL1” for R22 and “HL1” + “HL2” for R23; as per EN45545-2.
Since this hose is reinforced with Polyester, the working temperature limit is +180 deg C (+356 deg F).

Premium option:
This hose has been tested and approved for “HL1” + “HL2” for R22 and “HL1” + “HL2” for R23; as per EN45545-2. Since this hose is reinforced with Meta-armid, the working temperature limit is +200 deg C (+392 deg F) continuous; and 220 deg C (+428 deg F) peak.

High-end option:
Although this hose has not been tested, the raw material we use for this option has been tested and approved for “HL1” + “HL2” + “HL3” for R1, R7, R22, and R23; as per EN45545-2. Since this hose must be used for the “HL3” environment, we recommend only “meta-aramid reinforcement”.
On-demand, we can provide you with the certificate of the raw material.

Also available in EPDM Rubber as per DIN73411 / SAEJ20 CLass D, conforming to combustibility standard DIN 5510-2.
