The “SHORE AUTO” Story So Far….
Shore USA Inc. is a subsidiary of ‘TVSMobility Polymeric Products Private Limited.' in India, Today, TVSMobility Polymeric Products has two factories, one dedicated to Silicone Hoses and the other to Organic Rubber Hoses in EPDM, Nitrile, PVC-Nitrile, Vamac, Neoprene, etc. The reinforcement fabrics used are Meta-Aramid, Nomex, and Polyester for the Wrapped Hoses, and Aramid and Polyester yarns for the Extruded Hoses. ‘TVSMobility Polymeric Products’ is IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certified. The factory also has type-approval for Marine Hoses as per SAE J2006-R3, and Railway “fire-resistant” hoses as per EN45545-2.
TVSMobility Polymeric Products is already supplying directly and indirectly to various OEMs and Tier-1s in the Automotive, Construction Equipment, Agriculture, Mining, Marine, Forestry Equipment, Energy, Rail and Hydrogen Fuel-cell sectors. We have a dedicated Engineering team to support the clients while designing a hose, by suggesting appropriate materials, performing any functional tests on the hoses, material testing (as per SAE, ASTM, DIN or other Standards). Apart from this, the Production Engineers are continually focussing on:
- Semi-Automizing the processes to increase the throughput
- 5S (house-keeping and related systems)
- Visual Manufacturing (creating standard operating precedures for the operators, along with poka-yoke projects)
- R&D projects for Product Development, Lean Manufacturing, and Cost-Cutting initiatives.
Apart from the Quality Focus, we lay a lot of stress on Safe Practises, Occupational Health Awareness, and Safeguarding the Environment. Continual Improvement and Management Projects help us to set Industry leading standards and practises, which makes our business more sustainable and enhances Customer, Supplier, and Employee Satisfaction. With our warehouse in South Carolina, we aim to provide you with just-in-time service, to ensure that you do not have long manufacturing and transit lead-times (from India).
