Culture Building at Shore Hoses
We have started giving “Thank you” notes to all blue/white-collar employees when we catch them doing good. The idea is to reinforce good behaviours and practices, whilst creating a positive culture in the workplace. We trying to give at least 10 “Thank you” notes per week.
These notes are personally hand-written every week, by Kishore Keswani (Managing Director).
